Shipments of goods within Poland are carried out via InPost.
InPost Courier for payment by bank transfer – 30 PLN
InPost Courier for cash on delivery – 40 PLN
Shipments of goods within Europe are carried out by various courier companies. The choice of courier company depends on the destination of the shipment of the purchased goods.

Packages are shipped on the day the payment is posted to our account or the cash on delivery payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
In Poland, parcels are usually delivered to their destination the day after they are sent. However, the date of receipt of the parcel depends on the courier company, so this time may be longer.
In Europe, parcels are delivered to their destination within 7-14 days from the date of sending. The specific delivery date of the parcel depends on the courier company and the place of delivery.
Shipment delivery times
Couriers deliver parcels on working days, usually between 8:00 and 18:00. It all depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the forwarder himself.
Note! Please check the shipment upon receipt. In the event of damage during transport, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact our Customer Service Office.
Returns
In accordance with the regulations, you can return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment (right to withdraw from the distance sales contract). You do not have to provide a reason for the return, but used or damaged goods are not returnable. The deadline for refunding the payment is up to 14 days after receiving the return shipment. In the event of exercising the right of 14 days of withdrawal, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
How do I make a return?
Please inform us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment that you wish to return the goods. Fill in Declaration of withdrawal from and include it in your return package. Pack the package securely and send it as soon as possible to the address :
